Terms & Conditions

Mindslot-e G2E Asia 2025 Draw (“Contest”) is organised by Mindslote International Ltd. (“Mindslot-e”) and shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions herein. By participating in this Contest, the Eligible Participants (as defined in Clause 1 below) hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Mindslot-e with respect to the Contest shall be final and binding.

1.0 Eligibility and Platform

  • This Contest is open to all visitors at G2E Asia 2025, Macau (“Eligible Participants”)
  • This Contest is only accessible through the new Mindslot-e website promotion page (“Contest Platform”) via QR code displayed at the Mindslot-e event booth, B1917.

2.0 Contest Mechanics & Conditions

  • This Contest commences on 7 May 2025 until 9 May 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“the Contest Period”)
  • Eligible Participants are required to scan the QR code displayed at the Mindslot-e event booth, complete the contest registration form and submit.
  • Each submission received is considered as one (1) entry.
  • Each Eligible Participant is permitted to submit only one (1) entry for the Contest. Any duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries identified by Mindslot-e will be voided without notice. Mindslot-e reserves the right to disqualify any participant found attempting to submit multiple entries, or to tamper with or abuse the entry process in any manner.
  • Mindslot-e is committed to ensuring the fairness and transparency of this Contest. To uphold the one-entry-per-person policy, entry logs will be securely recorded and stored. This data may be used solely for auditing purposes and winner verification. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Mindslot-e Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

3.0 Prizes

  • The available Prize for the Contest is three (3) USD20,000 off the next purchase with Mindslot-e only (“Prize”) with a minimum spend of USD 280,000.
  • The Prize is eligible for three (3) participating brand products which are Alfastreet, AGS, and Sega Sammy Creation.
  • The Prize is only applicable for purchase of machines and not applicable for spare parts.
  • The Prize is valid until 31 December 2025, 11.59PM, for one-time use only.
  • The Prize must be redeemed on or before the expiry date. Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.
  • Expired Prize will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • Prize is transferable only within the same company and its Group of Companies.
  • Use of the Prize does not alter or waive the standard terms and conditions of commercial sale agreements entered with Mindslot-e. The Prize has no cash value and shall not be construed as forming part of any contractual commitment.

4.0 Selection of Winners

  • The Prize will be awarded randomly, and three (3) winners will be selected by a randomiser program from the pool of Eligible Participants. Participation in the Contest shall be construed as consent to the usage of said randomiser program and explicit acceptance of any and all Contest results it may produce.
  • Winners shall receive a notification via email and phone call based on the information submitted during contest registration informing them of their win, the prize won, and any redemption instructions if applicable.
  • Winners will be contacted within thirty (30) days from the completion of the Contest Period.
  • Participants agree that their participation in Mindslot-e G2E Asia 2025 Draw shall be understood as providing explicit agreement and consent to allow any and all personal data obtained upon contest registration over the course of the Contest Period to be collected, processed, and used by Mindslot-e in accordance with Mindslot-e’s Privacy Policy, which may be viewed on www.mindslote.com (“Mindslot-e Privacy Policy”).

5.0 General Terms & Conditions

  • Mindslot-e shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever including but not limited to technical failures of any kind whatsoever, intervention, interruptions, and/or electronic or human error in the administration and/or processing of the submissions for the Contest.
  • The selection of Winner will be made by Mindslot-e at its sole absolute discretion. All matters and decisions made by Mindslot-e relating to this Contest, including the determination of the Winner, is final, binding, and conclusive. No correspondence, protests or appeals in relation to this Contest will be entertained.
  • Mindslot-e reserves the right to amend, shorten, cancel, suspend, or terminate this Contest or any part thereof within twenty-one (21) days from the date the Contest commences. Such notice shall be published by Mindslot-e via the Mindslot-e and/or through any other mode of communication as determined at the absolute discretion of Mindslot-e.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, the amendment, shortening, cancellation, suspension, or termination of this Contest by Mindslot-e shall not entitle the Eligible Participants or any other persons whatsoever to make any claim or compensation against Mindslot-e for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of such amendment, shortening, cancellation, suspension, or termination.
  • Mindslot-e shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred or suffered by any Eligible Participants as a results of the Eligible Participants participating in this Contest. Furthermore, Mindslot-e shall not be liable for any default of its obligations under the Contest due to any force majeure event beyond the reasonable control of Mindslot-e.
  • In the event the Prize or any of the associated products become unavailable for any reason beyond Mindslot-e’s reasonable control, Mindslot-e reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value or to cancel the Prize without obligation of replacement or compensation. Mindslot-e shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from such unavailability.
  • Mindslot-e is entitled to, at its absolute discretion, disqualify or reject any Eligible Participant who does not comply with the terms and conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with the Contest and/or its process or the operations of this Contest. Tampering shall include but not limited to fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to the Contest.
  • Participation in the Contest by Eligible Participants shall be construed in any such manner as Mindslot-e deems fit in any media, including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspaper, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from the Eligible Participant. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation to the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, interviews material as well responses and related photographs. In this regard, each Eligible Participant agrees to co-operate and participate without further express consent and/or payment or consideration, in all reasonable advertising and publicity activities of Mindslot-e in relation to the Consent.
  • This Contest and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Macau SAR. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macau SAR.
